Respectful Environment
We ask all guests to respect our staff and studio space.
- Nail Mania reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in the event of disruptive, disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
- For the safety of our clients and team, service may also be declined when there are visible signs of infection, open wounds, or another condition that may make the service unsafe.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
- Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee.
- Reducing or removing booked services upon arrival is considered a no-show for the services that were reserved but are no longer being received.
- Any outstanding cancellation or no-show balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Age Requirements
Salon services are available to guests age 12 and older. Guests under age 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Children Accompanying a Guest
Children are welcome to accompany a guest when they can remain safely seated and supervised throughout the appointment. Because our studio contains professional tools, equipment and products, children may not run through service areas or handle salon items. Our team cannot provide childcare or supervise children during an appointment, and the accompanying adult remains responsible for them at all times.
Service Guarantee
Gel polish services include a 5-day guarantee.
- If there is a problem with the gel polish within 5 days of the original appointment, please contact Nail Mania so the issue can be evaluated and corrected when it falls within the guarantee.
- Physical damage is not covered by the guarantee.
Having an issue with your service?
We offer a five-day service guarantee. If you notice a chip, break or another issue covered by our guarantee, please contact us and send a clear photo of the affected nail or service area. The sooner we receive the photo, the sooner our team can assess the issue and help arrange an available correction appointment.

A few things guests often ask before their first visit.
We are primarily an appointment-only studio.
Walk-ins are occasionally available, but availability is very limited.
If you're hoping for a same-day appointment, please call or text us before heading to the studio and we'll be happy to check availability.
When availability allows, appointments may be requested at 8:00 am or 8:00 pm. An additional $20 will be added to the appointment total. These appointments are offered upon availability and are not guaranteed. Please contact us to request one.
Russian hardware manicure is a highly detailed technique performed using professional electric bits instead of soaking the hands.
This allows for extremely precise cuticle work, a beautifully clean finish, and gel polish application very close to the cuticle for long-lasting results.
Unlike traditional water pedicures, our pedicures are performed completely dry.
Working on dry skin allows our technicians to remove only what is necessary with exceptional precision, helping achieve a cleaner finish and longer-lasting results.
Our dry pedicure also includes meticulous cuticle work, creating the clean, refined look that Russian pedicures are known for.
Most clients enjoy beautiful results for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, depending on nail growth and lifestyle.
Typical appointment times are:
- Gel Manicure — up to 2 hours
- Dry Pedicure — up to 1.5 hours
- Nail Extensions — up to 3 hours
Because we specialize in detailed Russian hardware techniques, our services may take longer than traditional nail appointments.

We love seeing your inspiration.
If you're requesting hand-painted artwork, detailed nail art, or another complex design, please send us your inspiration photo before your appointment.
This allows us to reserve enough time and match you with the right technician.
Yes.
Two technicians perform your manicure and pedicure at the same time, significantly reducing your appointment time.
Four Hands services include a 15% surcharge.
Yes.
We provide complimentary removal of standard gel polish from another salon when you're receiving a new gel service with us.
If you have acrylic, dip powder, hard gel, gel extensions, or tips, additional removal time is required and an extra charge may apply.

Because we specialize exclusively in Russian hardware manicures, not every service is suitable for young children.
If you would like to book an appointment for your child, please text us first and include a photo of their nails.
We'll be happy to let you know whether the service is appropriate.

Every reusable instrument is first cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner using a professional disinfecting solution.
The instruments are then sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave.
For every client, we use a brand-new nail file and disposable consumables that are never reused.
